How it Werks
1 Make an account
Create an account by clicking on the “Hire” button on the homepage and go through the prompts to set up your profile as a Business or Individual.
2 Post your job
From the Dashboard, click “Post New Job”. Fill out the details select the criteria and click the “Save Job Listing”. Post as many jobs as necessary for free forever. It’s always free to post jobs on WerkNOW.com!
3 Contact applicants
Once you receive applicants, you can choose who you’d like to consider hiring and click “Get contact” to get their contact details. You can use your 1st Free contact credit at no charge. Subsequent contact credits are only $2.99 or less with package discounts. All communication between employer and employee will be made outside of the site.
4 They work, you pay
You and your now temporary employee will work out the final details of where to show up and how you’ll pay them. Getting on-demand WERK never felt so good.

If the worker you hire for the day is a no-show, be sure to mention it in their review. Re-list the job as soon as possible so someone else can fill the role.
Do potential workers get background checks?
WerkNow! does not provide background checks of employee’s for employers.
